Work together
Approachable AI offers training, workshops, talks and consultancy, shaped around your people, your work and what you want to achieve. Tailored learning sessions, delivered in person or online, help people understand AI and use it with greater confidence. Clear explanation, live demonstrations and guided experimentation build practical skills, with space for questions and discussion. Sessions account for different starting points within a team, giving newer users a useful foundation and more experienced users opportunities to deepen their fluency.
Where could AI make a useful difference in your organisation? Exploration sessions give leadership teams, or colleagues working in a particular area, space to investigate that question. Drawing on participants’ knowledge of their role, the organisation and its culture, these sessions help people see where AI could contribute and decide which possibilities are worth pursuing.
The work starts with understanding how things are currently done, clarifying what AI would need to do, considering what that would involve and what requires care, then deciding how to test whether the results are useful. Careful listening, thoughtful questions and attention to different perspectives help people see how their work might be approached differently.
People already working confidently with AI can examine and develop their practice with someone who can challenge and extend their thinking. That means deeper fluency in the interaction, alongside practical ways to organise and oversee more complex work.
As AI becomes part of everyday work, leaders need space to think through what that means for their organisation and its people. This means connecting the practical experience of using AI with the wider questions of strategy, leadership and organisational change.
Making good use of AI also means taking its risks seriously. Bringing those responsibilities into practical conversations helps people act confidently within appropriate boundaries and gives those responsible for policy, data and systems a clearer understanding of how AI is being used.

Shaped around your needs
Each engagement starts with what you're trying to achieve, what's already in place and what would be most useful. From there, I put together a proposal setting out the suggested approach, format and cost.
For workshops and programmes, the tailoring starts before the day itself. I build a picture of what people already know and use, how they're feeling about AI, where understanding or confidence varies and what they most want to explore. I make room for curiosity, excitement, scepticism, anxiety and mixed feelings, creating a space where people feel comfortable expressing their views. What I learn shapes the examples, depth and emphasis around the people taking part.
I hold professional indemnity insurance, public and products liability insurance, and cyber and data insurance.

The best way to explore a potential project is simply to talk it through. We can discuss what you have in mind, where AI could make a useful difference and how I might help.
